Rewards can be redeemed against new treatments that you would like to try or/and any treatment add ons or upgrades.

Rewards can only be redeemed alongside a full price item or treatment.

Rewards can't be redeemed against offers, already discounted items or packages.

Packages are already designed with complimentary upgrades or free add on treatments.

Rewards points can't be redeemed in December.

Rewards will expire if you haven't visited the salon within a 6 month period.

Rewards points can't be rolled over.

Rewards points can't be exchanged for cash.

Rewards points can't be exchanged or used for gift voucher purchases.
