What You Need To Know

Cancellation Policy

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will have to charge a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of your appointment cost. No shows will be required to pay the full 100% cost of the appointment. Where full payment has been made in advance, credit or gift voucher, 50% will still be charged of the appointment.

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your booking with less than 24 hours notice, please call the salon to do so on 015395 83789 as cancellations via messenger or emails might not be

Privacy Policy

Why we collect your data?

Vanilla Beauty requires personal data from you as part of your treatment and consultation process, this includes any medications and medical conditions that may affect your treatment. The information you give will only be used as record of your treatment and kept secure.

We are required by our insurance company to keep such records for a minimum of 7 years.

Who can see your data?

The information we collect is only for use by therapists at Vanilla Beauty for the purposes of your treatment. This information will not be shared with any third party and is kept secure.

You have a right to request a copy of your records at any time, and can request in writing to have them deleted if you are no longer a client of Vanilla Beauty.

Covid Policy

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are taking extra precautions at Vanilla Beauty. 

If you answer YES to any of the following questions please contact us to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

During these times if your appointment is rearranged last minute due to Covid, our Cancelation policy will be wavered.

Please do not come into salon if in the last 14 days...

  1. You or anyone in your household have had any Covid symptoms?

  2. tested positive for Covid?

  3. been exposed to anyone with Covid or Covid symptoms?

  • Your appointment: We have a large, socially distanced reception area, which means you don't have to wait outside when you arrive. Please feel free to come in and take a seat. We just ask that you arrive on time and not too early to help us limit the number of people in the salon. We also ask that you come alone to your appointment.

  • Face masks: It is now a requirement that you wear a face mask or covering when in the salon, unless you are exempt for medical reasons. You may be required to remove your mask for certain treatments.

  • Hand sanitiser: Please use hand sanitiser when you enter the salon and throughout your visit. We have stations dotted throughout and feel free to use the hand washing facilities in the bathroom if needed.

  • Salon cleaning: We always have had a high cleaning standard, but during these times we have added extra time after every client to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. To help us control cross contamination, we ask you to avoid touching items unnecessarily, and only bring necessary personal belongings into the salon

  • Appointments: Appointments will be pre booked only. To make any appointments, please give us a call on 015395 83789, message via email info@vanilla-beauty.co.uk or book online through the social media pages or website.

Patch Testing

A patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to any tinting, brow lamination, lash lift treatment or permanent make up. 

Please pop in to salon at your convenience for your patch test if you are a new client, new to any of the treatments above or it has been longer than 12 months since you had the treatment previously.

Treatments cannot go ahead without a test and may be subject to our cancellation/no show policy if an appointment is attended without a test having been carried out prior.
